
International Day for the Street Children
FIDA joined other organizations on the 8th April which is declared as International Day for the Street Children to walk with the children through the major streets to create awareness and seek for intervention for them.
The menace of street children is in the increase in Calabar. Some of these children are branded as witches and abandoned by their parents, while some are orphans with no one to care for them.
